Shipping Policy

H4 Tools & Essentials currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping cost

Standard UK delivery is free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times are shown on the relevant product page or at checkout. Most orders are expected to arrive within 5–10 business days after the order is confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay.

Separate deliveries

Some products are fulfilled by different approved suppliers. If an order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional standard delivery fees because an order is divided into separate packages.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed after the order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error, contact h4civils@outlook.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact h4civils@outlook.com.com with your order number so that we can investigate.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photographs of the packaging and item where possible.

Delivery problems

We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
